🎓 Training Course Terms & Conditions

1. Certification and Completion

  • Accredited Courses: For courses offering accreditation, attaining accreditation requires the student to successfully pass the vendor's official certification exam.

  • Non-Certified Courses: Where no official vendor certification is available for the technology or training, a Certificate of Course Completion will be issued upon successful completion of the training requirements.

2. Instructor-Led Training (ILT) - Payment and Scheduling

  • Payment Requirement: All invoices for instructor-led training must be paid in full and upfront before training dates can be confirmed.

  • Tentative Scheduling: Until full payment is received, all scheduled training dates remain tentative and subject to change.

3. Instructor-Led Training (ILT) - Cancellations and Postponements

Action Notice Period Refund / Fee Applied Details
Cancellation 3 Weeks (21 days) or more 100% Refund A full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Less than 3 Weeks (21 days) 50% Refund A 50% refund will be processed to cover administrative costs, instructor booking fees, and material preparation.
Postponement 2 Weeks (14 days) or more No Fee Training dates can be rescheduled.
Postponement Less than 2 Weeks (14 days) Contact Support Postponements with less notice will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Mentored Self-Paced Training

  • Refunds: Due to the immediate and proprietary nature of the content, no refunds will be processed once the training material has been delivered, unless the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) are applicable.

5. Exam Voucher Return and Refund Policy

At [Your Company Name/Exam Vouchers SA], we strive to provide reliable exam voucher services. Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds once a voucher has been purchased and delivered, subject to the conditions below:

  • 5.1. Our Error: If we supply an incorrect voucher due to our mistake and are unable to provide the correct one within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund.

  • 5.2. Voucher Redemption Issues: If you encounter a problem redeeming the voucher at the vendor or testing centre, we will work diligently to resolve the issue. This may involve issuing a replacement voucher. A refund will only be provided if we are ultimately unable to resolve the redemption issue or provide a suitable replacement.

  • 5.3. Customer Error: We are not responsible for purchases of incorrect vouchers (e.g., wrong exam, wrong provider, or expired purchase). Refunds will not be issued in these cases. We will, however, attempt to assist you with the vendor where possible.
